CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your time and reserve dedicated appointment time specifically for you. To ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
